Event Carbon keeps the process clear and structured while making sure the calculation is properly documented. First, the event scope, package level and key details are confirmed. From there, Event Carbon calculates the footprint, reviews the carbon route where selected and prepares the final report, certificate and evidence record.

Client journey

Five practical steps, kept proportionate.

The process can begin with an enquiry form or email. A short clarification call or Event Snapshot may follow where required.

Enquire

Share the event type, location, date, approximate guest numbers and anything already known about travel, venue, catering or suppliers.

Event Snapshot and proposal

Event Carbon reviews the event details, confirms whether a discovery call is needed and prepares a proposal setting out the suggested scope, package level, outputs, timescale and service fee.

Kick-off and data collection

Event Carbon confirms the agreed boundary and requests the relevant event data for the selected package. This may include venue, supplier, travel, accommodation, catering, materials or waste information where available.

Assessment and review

Event Carbon calculates the agreed footprint, records assumptions, identifies emissions hotspots and reviews reduction opportunities and carbon route options where selected.

Report and certificate

You receive the agreed Carbon Assessment Report, certificate, communication wording and carbon credit evidence where balancing is selected.
